ARORA JITENDER & CO. PROP JITENDER ARORA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will only be considered if made before the service process has started.
- Once document drafting, legal consultation, legal review, filing, dispute support, or any other service activity has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- In case a user has made a duplicate payment by mistake, the excess amount will be refunded.
- If we are unable to provide the requested service for any reason, the customer shall be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be raised by contacting our support team through the contact details provided on the website.
- Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet been initiated.
- No refund shall be provided once work has commenced on the requested service.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- ARORA JITENDER & CO. PROP JITENDER ARORA reserves the right to reject refund requests if the customer has already received partial or complete delivery of the service.
